GlennLock Foods, Ltd., a subsidiary of 3131 Properties, Ltd., is a hospitality management company that owns and operates restaurant brands such as Frenchy's and Williams Chicken. Glennlock Foods also operates a catering division and offers restaurant management consulting services.

 

Frenchy's is one of the most popular Creole cuisine restaurants in Houston and surrounding areas. Originally created by the Creuzot family, GlennLock Foods, Ltd. became exclusive licensees for the family-owned business in 2006.

 

GlennLock Foods knew that investing in a brand as strong as Frenchy's would mean the Houston community could continue to enjoy the excellent products and rich history of the restaurant.

 

Just as the Creuzot family started with one store, GlennLock Foods took a similar approach. Starting with one Frenchy's location in June 2006, GlennLock Foods has increased the restaurant's locations by adding five sites around the Houston area within a two-year period. The company plans to open several Frenchy's restaurant within the next five years.

In 1987, William's Chicken Drive-thru Eatery opened its doors in Dallas, Texas. Today, the company has grown to more than 50 locations throughout Texas and Louisiana. In 2003, GlennLock Foods helped with that growth by becoming franchise owners of two Dallas-based locations.

 

Known for its Southern-style fried chicken, William's Chicken also serves Southern specialties, including fried okra, corn fritters, spicy rice, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
